£42,000 - £44,000 + Bonus + Van

What's on Offer?

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000
Bonus: Up to £5,000 annually (50% KPI based – last year, 80% of engineers received the full amount!)
Company Van + Fuel Card (for both personal and business use)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Holidays: 33 days (including bank holidays)

Shift Pattern

Monday - Friday
⏰ 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of heavy industrial machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Equipment You’ll Work On:

Pumps, valves, screws, gearboxes, hammermills, macerators, heat exchangers

Heavy plant mechanical components

⚙ Fault Breakdown:

70% Mechanical: Bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics

30% Electrical: Motors, sensors, drives, contactors

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial setting
✅ Knowledge of electrical components (motors, sensors, drives)
✅ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
✅ Full UK driving licence
