As an Administrator your duties will include:
* Handle incoming quotation enquiries via email and live chat, triage before allocation to the team
* Process and send out quotes using information provided by the team.
* Follow up on outstanding quotations and update records accordingly.
* Manage live chat enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
* Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with the quotation process.
* Provide support to customers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.
* Prepare reports and present findings to the sales management team.
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
As an Administrator you will have the following key skills:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone manner
* Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
