An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Psychologist to join a renowned mental health organisation in Bristol. This role spans both private outpatient and inpatient services, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals on their mental health journey.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the psychologist will provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy. The role is integral to delivering a holistic and compassionate approach to care for both young people and adults.
About the Facilities
Two locations in Bristol offer unique environments to support mental health recovery:
Outpatient Treatment Services: A private clinic focused on personalized therapy and group interventions.
Inpatient Services: A serene hospital setting providing comprehensive care on a private ward.
Both facilities are committed to accessible, evidence-based treatment in supportive and professional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.
Administer psychometric tests and other evidence-based tools as clinically appropriate.
Provide clinical expertise and support to therapy teams, enhancing service quality.
Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, working collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists.
Offer therapy in individual and group settings to address a range of mental health needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
HCPC registration as a Counselling or Clinical Psychologist.
Experience in outpatient mental health services.
Comfortable working with both young people and adults.
Professional Development
