Position: Senior Electrician

They specialise in the installation of electric vehicle (EV) charging points and PV, helping businesses prepare for the future. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrician.

Role Overview:

Senior Electrician to oversee all aspects of electrical installations for commercial and industrial Solar PV and EV systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the installation of commercial and industrial solar PV and EV systems, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with project managers and team members to optimise workflow and resource allocation.

Ensure all electrical installations adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

Uphold safety, quality, and client satisfaction as top priorities on all projects.

Mentor apprentices and support engineers, fostering their professional growth.

Maintain consistent quality across all projects through effective leadership and mentoring.

Utilise strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve installation challenges.

Ensure projects are completed within the established timeframe and budget.

Promote a culture of safety on all job sites.

Maintain excellent relationships with clients through clear, professional communication.

Address and resolve any client concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3

AM2

18th Edition

City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 or equivalent

ECS Gold Card

City & Guilds 2360

Valid UK driving licence

PASMA certification (Desirable)
