Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Basic, OTE £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the workshop team. Your role will involve managing bookings, providing estimates, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.
Manage and coordinate service bookings and schedules for the workshop.
Provide accurate cost estimates and updates to customers throughout the service process.
Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely communication of work progress.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle histories, and service details.
Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Promote additional services and products where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a service advisor role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (an advantage but not essential).
Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and invoicing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary between £25,000 and £28,000, with an OTE of £32,000.
