The Role

The Finance Administrator will support financial processes and ensure the efficient delivery of tasks critical to the organization’s success. This role offers a unique chance to grow alongside a rapidly expanding business while working within a team of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with business billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.

* Use Microsoft Dynamics to input, track, and manage financial data.

* Generate detailed financial reports and billing statements using Microsoft Excel.

* Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for financial tasks.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including revenue forecasts and expenditure analyses.

* Maintain organized financial records to support audits and reviews.

* Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans.

* Provide support during external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

* Stay updated on best practices in financial administration.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an organized, self-motivated individual who can excel as a Finance Administrator within a growing and innovative organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

* A qualification in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role.
