Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit a Groundworks Quantity Surveyor on behalf of their Tier 1 Contractor Client in the Newton Abbot area.

This is an on site role with some flexibility to work from home or other regional offices so candidates living outside of Devon are still encouraged to apply if interested.

Essential Requirements

* Groundworks Experience

* Proficient with Oracle software

* Professional Qualification or working towards (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent

We are looking for candidates who have an experienced groundworks background and who are familiar with;

* Bills of Quantity

* Cost reporting

* Cut and Fill

* Negotiating contract terms

* Certifying payment

* Assessing applications and variations
