Description

Manage rent income and arrears processes effectively.
Interact regularly with tenants, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on rent income.
Liaise with external agencies to facilitate rent payments.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to reduce rent arrears.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Provide advice and support to tenants on rent payments and related issues.
Contribute to the overall success of the Secretarial & Business Support team.Profile

A successful Rent Income Officer should have:
