About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teachers and enhancing the learning experience for our students.

You will work across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting classes of around 25 students. This role stands out for its potential to make a significant impact on our student’s educational journey, providing the support they need to achieve their full potential.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

• A passion for working with children and supporting their development.

• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.

• Experience with SEN students is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.

• Leading small group sessions and interventions.

• Assisting with planning and preparing learning materials.

• Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
