The Role:
You'll be working closely with the Sales team to support the delivery of a first class customer service across Europe within a fast-paced environment This will involve:
Creating and tracking sales orders, data entry, and responding to customer and prospect queries. Act as a bridge between operations, sales, and procurement to ensure customer satisfaction.
Daily activities include supporting sales, managing purchase orders and shipments, assigning stock, clarifying customer payment terms, preparing customs documents and commercial invoices, placing stock units in batches, updating systems, and providing customer updates.Skills
Excel Literate
Good time management and organisational skills
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
2 Years + of customer service experience desired
Interest in technology
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-moving industry
