As a concierge at this esteemed establishment, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service to high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that every request is handled with precision, discretion, and the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised, high-quality concierge services for an exclusive client base, addressing all requests with efficiency and attention to detail.

Anticipate the needs of clients and offer tailored solutions, from booking travel arrangements and securing reservations at top restaurants to arranging bespoke experiences and special events.

Coordinate logistics and manage complex itineraries, ensuring seamless delivery of services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact for all concierge-related needs.

Work closely with a variety of luxury service providers, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a high-end concierge or luxury hospitality role, with a deep understanding of client expectations and service excellence.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.

A network of contacts within London’s luxury service providers, including hotels, restaurants, private transport, and entertainment venues, is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle a variety of tasks with poise and efficiency.
