Rate: £285 per shift (CIS)

I’m working with one of the UK’s leading main contractors who are delivering a 16-week refurbishment of a large distribution centre in Birmingham. They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to run the job day to day, supported by two working foremen.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activity and ensure the project stays on track

*

Manage and coordinate two site foremen

*

Maintain site safety and standards

*

Complete daily reports and keep accurate site records

*

Liaise with the client and maintain a professional relationship

*

Monitor subcontractors and ensure the quality of work

*

Ensure health and safety compliance at all times

Requirements:

*

SMSTS

*

First Aid (3 day)

*

Managers CSCS card

*

Asbestos Awareness

*

Fire Marshall certificate

*

Experience running large-scale refurb projects

*

Able to demonstrate managing similar fast-paced jobs

*

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented

*

Confident in client-facing responsibilities

*

Willing to complete a DBS check
