Job Title: Trainee or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30k - £45k + package (depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of Super Prime residential builds for private clients across the South of England. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking a Trainee/Assistant Surveyor to work under a Senior on a £30m Grade II listed refurbishment of a private property near Cirencester.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying biased degree

*

At least a years experience working as a Senior Surveyor for either a main contractor or high end residential contractor

*

Ideally experience working on super prime residential or listed refurbishments.
