Role Details:

Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire
Position: Full-Time, Contract to Perm
Pay: £83.50 - £90 per day
Start Date: September or after October half term.About the Role:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0 to 5 years. Your role will involve planning engaging activities, monitoring developmental progress, and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for EYFS children
Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining detailed records
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, clean, and engaging
Support children's emotional and social developmentRequirements:

Essential: Level 3 Qualification in Childcare
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an EYFS role
Knowledge: Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Preferred: Driving licence (for travel within Wantage)
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
