We are seeking a CNC Turner/Programmer to support our clients manufacturing team.

The role involves various organisational tasks to assist the Production Manager, ensuring efficient operations. Successful candidates will engage with work orders, understand technical drawings, utilise measuring equipment, and maintain a clean workspace while contributing to a collaborative environment.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in production, particularly with experience in Programming/setting / operating CNC lathes, ideally the successful applicant will have some knowledge with manual machining.

Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and collaboration within a team setting.

In return our client offers up to £37,000 dependant on experience, day shift working 7:00am - 16:00 Monday to Friday, access to a bike 2 work scheme & company funded employee assistance programme, on site parking available & flexible working arrangements where possible. Our client also offers Bi-annual performance reviews with potential for salary increases and bonuses.
