Salary:

Up to £26,500 Dependant on Experience + Bonus

As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Truro, Cornwall, (TF1 2XN) , you’ll be responsible for:  

Being a point of contact for customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.

Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

Keeping up to date with technical product information and latest products.

General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.

And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

Merchant experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided

Strong experience in retail sales and customer service experience would be advantageous

A strong work ethic eager to learn and contribute in a small team environment with the flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with customers.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00noon.
