Do you have experience working as a Fabricator?  Does experience welding come hand in hand with this?  If so, we have a permanent opportunity for a company in Somerton for you to join their team. 

If you have the right attitude and experience, this role could turn into a supervisory role, so we are looking for a candidate who has the drive to take on in time slightly more responsibility.

The job role is quite varied and as such you will be involved with multiple processes from the start manufacture of the products, through to the packing process. This includes cutting and folding of raw materials, welding Mild steel, Stainless and Ali if possible, fitting out products with backboards and locks and working closely with other members in the workshop to ensure a smooth manufacture process.

You will also need to have the ability to work from drawings as they manufacture a good percentage of bespoke items.
This is a multi-skilled role.  Welding is a key skill that is desired however, you must have the right attitude to learn any skills not already gained through employment to be able to work as a team to complete the project from beginning to end.

The role is Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30.  They are paying between £16.00 - £18.00 an hour.

If overtime is available and worked, this is paid at time and a half
