Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: £27,824 per annum + OVERTIME 
Shift Pattern: Panama Days

Shift 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Shift 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure efficiency in all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets.
Manage daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain safety standards and best practices.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Train new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
FORKLIFT LICENCE IS DESIREABLE 
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
