If you have at least five years of experience as an Estimator in commercial tenders and are seeking a new challenge, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!

The position involves working on commercial refurbishment projects, so experience in this area is essential.

ABOUT YOU

*

A minimum of 5 years of experience working on commercial tenders

*

Experienced in managing project values between £2 million and £7 million

*

Proficienct user of Microsoft Project or similar software

*

The ability to work both as part of a team and independently

*

Familiarity with both JCT and NEC forms of contracts

*

Hold a valid UK driving licence

YOUR NEW ROLE

Providing estimated costs for proposed projects

*

Preparing detailed plans regarding forward work commitments and labor needs

*

Communicating with contractors, suppliers, and departmental staff

*

Monitoring the day-to-day finances of estimated contracts, including final accounts

*

Ordering materials, equipment, and plant for projects

*

Focusing specifically on commercial refurbishment projects (experience in this area is a must)

SALARY AND BENEFITS

Competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)

£5,000 car allowance
