Are you an Estimator looking for a lead role with a local Contractor?  £60k - £70k + Package + Bonus

Our client is an established regional contractor with a company turnover of c£5m, they have a reputation of delivering quality builds across a broad range of projects including healthcare, education, commercial and residential to £2m in value.

They are a company that are growing in a risk adverse fashion, focusing on building lasting client relations and developing a strong sustainable flow of work, due to this they are keen to recruit an experienced Estimator to competitively price projects into the millions and contribute to their long-term vision.

The ideal candidate must have:

•              Minimum 5yrs in estimating roles for recognised main contractors

•              Ability to price projects using first principals

•              Good understanding of construction management process and techniques

•              Ability to understand and interpret tender documents, specifications and drawings, take offs

•              Experience in producing bills of quantities & scopes of work from drawings or client brief

•              Familiarity with both bespoke and standard forms of JCT and NEC Contracts

•              Knowledge of estimating packages
