The Role:

We need a Site Manager to oversee an education project while the school remains operational. You’ll be responsible for site setup, compliance, and daily monitoring to keep everything running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site setup and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

*

Manage subcontractors and ensure work stays on schedule.

*

Maintain professional communication with school staff and project teams.

Requirements (Must-Have):

* SMSTS

* Black CSCS Card

* First Aid Certification

* Level 4 HNC

* Enhanced DBS & Basic DBS

* Full UK Driving Licence
