Post 16 Case Officer - Local Authority

3 months initially - likely to be extended

Salary: £250+ per day

Fully remote working

What we need from you:

Act as the primary point of contact for students, families, and institutions regarding post-16 SEND provisions.
Oversee and manage a caseload of students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Coordinate and chair annual reviews of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for young people over 16, ensuring all statutory timelines are met.

Must Have:

Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.About SCG:
