Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in daily classroom activities.
Provide 1:1 support for students needing additional assistance.
Lead and run activities for smaller groups of students, tailored to their learning needs.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.
Requirements:

Experience working with Key Stage 3, 4, and 5 students is essential.
Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach to working with students.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
