We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work in our offices based in Swallowfield. The Company has been trading for over 30 years.

Ideally you will have a background of working in administration, the hours would be 15 hours per week over 3 days (more hours maybe available).

You will be part of a small highly motivated team where you will be required to take ownership of the role whilst communicating clearly with your colleagues. You will need to be flexible and enjoy taking on a challenge.

The company continues to develop in all areas and you would be required to work on various projects to improve our systems and controls. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and able to work with a wide range of personalities.

Preferred Qualities:

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good Word and Excel skills

Self-Motivated

Desire to learn and develop the role.

Some experience of working in a Service Department role would be advantageous.

Duties to include:

* Setting up new jobs for engineer’s using our Service Support Software

* Processing Worksheets from engineer’s

* Liaising with Clients

* Maintain Contractors information and contracts

* Raising/Recording Purchase Orders for Office and Engineers.

* Prepare completed jobs for Invoicing

* Answering telephone calls and emails

* Filing/Scanning of all documentation

* Maintain Archiving

* Organise Calibration of Tools
