We are working with a variety of primary schools and nurseries, and there is a high demand for both nursery supply staff and permanent placements.

Supply roles offer great flexibility, allowing you to choose where you work. On the other hand, permanent roles provide job security within a single school or nursery.

We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join a nursery in Eastbourne on a permanent basis. You can start on a long-term supply basis to experience the nursery before transitioning to a permanent role. This is also an excellent way to gain nursery experience if you’re not looking for a permanent position immediately.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification

*

Ability to plan activities based on children's interests

*

Experience in keeping development records as a key worker

*

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, working in partnership with parents and other professionals

*

A genuine passion for working with children

*

First aid training and an enhanced DBS check (essential)

*

Satisfactory references

*

The right to work in the UK

*

Adaptable, quick-thinking, and attentive

*

Good classroom management skills

*

Childcare Level 3 Qualification (required)
