The Role:
The firm is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Residential Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join their busy and thriving property team.
  
You will handle a variety of complex and high-value residential conveyancing matters, including:

Sales, purchases, and remortgages
Luxury new-build transactions This role requires minimal supervision and offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases. There is also scope for involvement in business development activities.
  
Key Requirements:

2-4 years PQE in residential property law
Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
Self-motivated, proactive, and client-focused approach
Excellent IT skills
Interest in business development and expanding client relationships
