Requirements

What We're Looking For:

* QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (Children and Young People)

* Minimum 1 year of care experience

* A caring, reliable, and willing attitude

* Strong compassion and empathy

* Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice

* Excellent communication skills

* A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience

* 22 years of age or older (to ensure an appropriate age gap with the children we support)

* Full UK manual driving license (essential)
