We are now looking for a UK based Project Manager to join our team.
What our Project Manager will do
Reporting directly to the Program Director and with a clear progression path, this role is accountable for the delivery of multi-site, Research, Study and New Product Introduction projects, and ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.
Often managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will devise the project delivery plan, including planning the required work, resources and associated costs, to the correct standards. In addition to this, the Project Manager will manage all changes, problems, and risks to achieve defined project results according to the agreed charter and within the agreed boundaries of specification, quality, time and cost.
The project manager will have direct engagement with multiple departments within Nexperia and up to Management and Executive Management level. Regular updates to key stakeholders and project sponsors will be expected to mitigate risks and ensure timelines and budget commitments are met.

Alongside the hard skills listed below, you will be an effective decision maker, organised to a fault, a problem solver at heart and able to communicate and build relationships with a variety of internal and external customers. We are looking for someone with commercial acumen who is not afraid to lead from the front, make decisions and get things done.
Essential
* A degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline
* A proven track record of successful management and delivery of concurrent high value, high impact projects
* A strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning and budget management including CAPEX and product cost
* Experience of managing diverse project teams
* A proven track record of building high performing teams
* Fluency in English
Beneficial
* Understanding of Power MOSFET design
* Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages
