Receptionist
A leading contractor based in the south is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their business on part time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor. The role of Receptionist will be based in their office in South Wales.
Responsibilities for Receptionist
Answering phones and management of the business switchboards
Email management and diary management
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distribution and dispatch
Supporting the management team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
Attending to all visitors
Requirements for Receptionist
Previous experience within the construction industry is ideal but not essential
Prior exposure within a Receptionist, Administrative or Office Manager role is fundamental
Strong communication skills and attention to detail is key
