Field Service Engineer - Forklift Trucks

£28,000 - £34,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Company Vehicle + Pension + Benefits +Door to Door Travel

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced field service engineer to join a Manufacture of forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment.

Our client is well established and a leading manufacture who are looking for field service engineers to join their team.

Full company training and manufacture training provided.

Will look at engineers from transferable industries and sectors - For example Car Mechanics.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Service, maintenance and repairs of a wide range of materials handling equipment
* Travelling to new and existing customer sites, serving a wide variety of industries
* Carry out pre delivery inspections and occasional testing of equipment
* Diagnose faults and repair forklift trucks, powered access equipment, warehouse equipment and more.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

* Forklift engineering experience (highly desirable)
* Experience with LOLER inspections (desirable)
* Experience with Hydraulics (essential)

Benefits Package:

* £28,000-£34,000 basic salary
* Company Van and Fuel Card
* Overtime paid on top and Door to Door Travel 39 hour working week
