Campaign Manager

We are looking for a good all-round Campaign Manager with experience in both print and digital. It will be important that you have some HubSpot CRM process and campaign management experience. You will join a lovely company working at their head office in North London, however you will sometimes be asked to go to their other offices in London’s west end at least once a week

While the print and secure handling of clients direct and transactional mail remains at the heart of the organisation, they continue to invest in-line with their clients’ needs, and developments in the marketplace, to provide multichannel solutions for all their customer communications from a single source.

The Marketing division has a broad set of responsibilities and acts as an internal agency, supporting programmes of work across a group of businesses.

The role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of brand, marketing, communications, and design. You will be joining at a critical time when you can play a role in supporting and shaping the marketing activity, as well as developing your skills and experience as part of a growing business.

Who we are looking for:

The role of Campaign Manager will require a can-do attitude to getting work done, the ability to multi-task, prioritise and time plan effectively, and the intuitive understanding of what it takes to deliver a wide-ranging programme of activity. Excellent planning, high attention to detail, copywriting skills and a focus on high standards of delivery are all essential. You must be able to react quickly to changing circumstances, both using your initiative and taking direction as required. As an important conduit to both internal and external stakeholders, the ability to build effective relationships will be key.

Customer-focused with a deep understanding of target audience needs

Adaptable and open to new ideas and technologies

Excellent command of written English and copywriting / copyediting

Self-starter and creativity in content creation

Experience with utilising CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferred: HubSpot)

Experience with utilising CMS (preferred: WordPress)

Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Microsoft Office applications knowledge

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) would be an advantage

Key Tasks and Objectives

The role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely and collaboratively with the wider team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting and delivering the overall Marketing strategy, including analysis and the reporting of ongoing tasks and requests

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business objectives

Create and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce campaign assets

Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs

Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and implement improvements

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives

Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities

Supporting the management of the CRM and CMS system

The role will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work closely and collaboratively with the wider team and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Experience in marketing campaign management

Proven track record of successful campaign planning and execution

Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email, and PPC

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights

Excellent project management and organisational skills

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:30. However, the successful candidate is expected to be co-operative in working longer hours from time to time, according to the needs of the business.
