Management Accountant
Location: Derby
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

We are supporting  a PE-backed manufacturing company with over 100 years of history. Headquartered in Derby with a turnover of £50-60m, we’ve experienced rapid growth through acquisitions, expanding from £30m to £100m in the past four years. The business is led by a new, ambitious senior leadership team.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role involves producing management accounts, financial analysis, and business partnering. Occasional travel to the newly acquired site may be required to build relationships and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Management accounts production and reporting
Business partnering with remote teams
Inventory and sales reporting
Supporting system improvements and a transition to MS Dynamics 365
Supervising a part-qualified accountantIdeal Candidate
We are seeking someone with strong management accounting and business partnering skills, attention to detail, and experience in manufacturing. Familiarity with MS Dynamics or similar systems is a plus.
