Example Recruitment Group now has an opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their growing recruitment team.
You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building working relationships with new business contacts. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholders through the recruitment process, delivering a high level of client and candidate care throughout.
Working in recruitment is a demanding but rewarding career. To succeed you need to be ambitious, determined and motivated with an excellent work ethic
Previous recruitment or sales experience would be beneficial however the drive to succeed is more important. You will need to be a confident communicator, be able to build rapport quickly and thorough. You will be well organised and able to prioritise your day to achieve maximum results.
You will need to show excellent communcation skills, be able to make telephone calls both to candidates aand clients.
This role will be based 5 days per week within our Office in Ingleby Barwick.
