Job Title: Stores Person

Location: Basildon

Remuneration: Up to £24,000 starting salary

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm (finish early on Friday)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Stores Person will play a vital role in our client's manufacturing process.
They will be responsible for preparing and organising component used in the assembly process.
This includes accurately selecting the necessary electronic components based on their numeric reference numbers.
The Stores Person will ensure the parts are correct, adhering to the bill of materials and checking part numbers, quantities, and specifications to maintain accuracy.
Adhere to the process flow and ensure all work is completed to specified levels of workmanship within suitable time frames.
Control all shortages directly with the Stores team.Desired Skills:

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
Capable of accurately reading and selecting parts based on numeric reference numbers.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication skills.
Proactive team player.
