Junior Electrical Project Engineer

Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Project Engineer.position is required to oversee all engineering and production on site within a growing facility. Full training and development in company and manufacturing systems with excellent starting salary.

The Role:

To manage the engineering required to assist in successful implementation of capital and revenue projects according to departmental priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Management and implementation of several concurrent engineering projects.

* Specification of engineering requirements for projects.

* Contribute to finding and selecting equipment or service vendors.

* Management of vendor performance to contract.

* Supervision of project subcontractors. (on and off site).

* Production of detailed and accurate project costings.

* Preparation of a formal monthly capital and revenue project report.

* Play an active role in the operation of the Engineering Department.

* A hands-on can-do enthusiasm to keep pace on all projects.

* Work closely with the skilled engineering resource on site to achieve goals.

* Maintain and update the site drawing register as required.

The Candidate: -

* Engineering background

* Interest in Project Engineering

* Electro-mechanical quals or background

* PLC knowledge/experience
