Graduate Town Planner

Location: Kent (Sandwich)

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking planning consultancy who is looking to recruit a Graduate Planner. This is an excellent role for someone passionate about shaping communities and enhancing urban environments, with a strong desire to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the planning team with development proposals and planning applications
Assisting with the preparation of reports and site assessments
Conducting research on planning policies and local development plans
Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support the planning process
Assisting in the submission of applications and coordinating with local authoritiesSkills & Qualifications:

A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Enthusiasm to develop your skills within a collaborative team environment
