Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on a 6 month contract for its Northeast London site.

The Quantity Surveyor role comes with a day rate of £500.

Key skills

Commercial management of subcontract packages from tender selection to award, management throughout to the settlement of final account.
Measurement of Civils, Steel Frames and multiple process disciplines.
Payment Application / Certificates Management.
Variations/Field Extra Work Order Management (FEWO).
Claims Management (both Head and Subcontract).
Must hold experience in Energy from Waste (EFW) or similar industry
Must hold BSc Hons or MSc in Quantity Surveying and hold an MRICS membership.
