What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior/Master Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence:

Diagnose & Repair: Use your skills to handle complex diagnostics and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to the highest standards.
Mentorship: Share your expertise by mentoring and supporting junior technicians.
Customer Assurance: Work closely with the service team to ensure customers receive accurate updates on their vehicles.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and participate in manufacturer-led training.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain adherence to manufacturer guidelines and workshop safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience as a Senior or Master Technician, ideally within a Main Dealer environment.
Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
Expertise in using diagnostic tools and techniques.
A passion for delivering top-quality workmanship and outstanding customer satisfaction.
A valid UK driving licence.
