An excellent opportunity has arisen for an office based sales administrator to become part of a dynamic sales team in a leading construction company. This integral role provides administrative support for the entire sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of property sales. As a sales administrator, you will be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating timelines, and overseeing the successful completion of sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming phone inquiries from both prospective and existing customers, providing prompt and professional assistance while maintaining company standards
Managing the progression of home sales and coordinating part exchanges
Supporting the Sales team with diary management and scheduling
Accurately recording and updating sales information into the CRM system
Collaborating with other departments on daily basis.
Drafting general correspondence, letters, memos, and price lists
Ordering and distributing marketing materials
Supporting with new site setups
Assisting in the development and update of marketing campaigns and web content
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive can do attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PDF, and Outlook
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Capable of working within a fast-paced environment.
Previous administrative experience in a similar role is advantageous
