Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager (Food Manufacturing)

The Company
Join a rapidly growing food manufacturer supplying high-quality products to major retailers and foodservice providers. We’re seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to drive process improvements across our site.

The Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production processes. Key areas include optimizing line setups, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and driving 5S and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead waste reduction, labour efficiency, and line setup improvements.

*

Enhance OEE and eliminate bottlenecks.

*

Implement 5S and RCA practices to improve factory performance.

*

Track KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

*

Experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement in manufacturing.

*

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, OEE, and 5S.

*

Results-driven, with a hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving skills.

*

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
