Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint a Finisher/Snagger for a busy development of 3 & 4 bedroom houses, on the outskirts of Leeds.

Experience in a finisher/snagger position with volume house builders is essential. Ideally, the successful candidate will carry all their own tools as well.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Pre-plasters

* Mastic work

* Touching up paint

* Following snag sheets

* Ensuring snags are rectified in a timely manor

* Reporting to Site Manager with progress updates

You must have a valid and in date CSCS card along with the above relevant experience.
