Job Title: Multitrades Worker
Location: Burton and surrounding areas (Swadlincote, Uttoxeter, etc.)
Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Contract Type: 12 Weeks temporary before becoming permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Multitrades Worker to join our team for ongoing, temporary work within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of trades, including plumbing, joinery, and tiling, to carry out essential maintenance and repairs across our properties in and around the Burton area.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete full LAS works in social housing properties

Perform plumbing, joinery, and tiling tasks to a high standard

Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction while working in occupied properties

Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Work effectively within a team while also being able to manage tasks independently

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in plumbing, joinery, and tiling (with a solid understanding of all aspects of LAS works)

Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Full UK driving license (a company van and fuel card will be provided)
