Job Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established company in Blackburn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

* Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock and materials

* Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently

* Transport goods within the warehouse or production area

* Maintain accurate records of stock movements

* Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations

* Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues

Requirements

* Proven experience in operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence

* Knowledge of materials handling techniques and equipment repair skills.

* Strong awareness of health & safety in a warehouse setting.

* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

* Reliable and punctual

Hours

* Monday-Friday rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

Pay

* £13.12 per hour (increasing to £13.79)

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: £13.12-£13.79 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
