Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hybrid / Remote with visits to office 
Salary: Up to £50,000 - £60,000 Plus Package

About your new company:

A fantastic opportunity to join a a specialist contractor in the based in South West working on a portfolio of exclusive projects throughout the South West and South East of England carrying out external façade and internal finishes packages on exclusive prime residential projects.

About your new role:

Working closely with the commercial team you will provide support in the commercial function assisting on live projects and upcoming tenders.

Duties for the Quantity Surveyor:

Procurement
Preparation of valuations
Variations
Measurement
Re-Measures
Take-Offs Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

A minimum of 3-4 years experience with a masonry / external façade / finishes contractor.
Ideally degree qualified BSc / HNC or HNC or equivalent.
Team player
Self-motivated
