Location: Crawley

Salary: £25K-£29K DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a sales environment but enjoys more of the Customer Service and Order Processing aspect of it all? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Account Manager with our client, a leading organisation in their industry. As a Customer Account Manager, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding sales and product support to our client's valued customers, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded!

? What you'll do:

Collaborate closely with our client's internal and external sales teams to maximise new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Processing Customer orders efficiently and accurately, whether they come in via phone calls or emails.
Contribute to regular Sales Team Meetings, sharing insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.
Assist with general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the sales department.? What we're looking for:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Efficient multitasker with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in a sales support role or similar administrative position is preferred but not required.? Benefits:
