Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the efficient administration of the mobile workforce scheduling system
Work effectively and efficiently and liaise with residents and operatives to make sure that repairs are scheduled and attended to within time
Maintain accurate records and provide reports from various digital systems relating to all aspects of the work areas as required.
Prepare reports when requested utilizing Microsoft suite of applications as required.
To ensure that the Operatives communicate in a timely and accurate manner about the progress of work, in order to schedule their work in view of resident’s requirements.
To re-schedule jobs in the event of an unplanned absence of an Operative, and to contact the resident directly to agree any changes.
To communicate any changes / updates directly with the effected resident and the Operative.
To communicate with Supervisors/Manager about matters of work quality, timeliness and potential HR issues concerning the operatives.
Requirements
Experience of working within a repairs and maintenance environment
Knowledge of local authority and or social housing repairs operations
Experience and knowledge of dynamic scheduling and or system generated appointment scheduling
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
Contract
Initial 3 month contract with the oportunity to extend
PAYE via Umbrella
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
