Gas Engineer Compensation / Benefits:

Annual salary ranging from £37.5K to £55K OTE

Gas Engineer Qualifications / Requirements:

Essential:

Valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points

Certifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1

Desirable:

Certifications: LPG, Commercial gas, G3 unvented hot water, Oil, ASHP

Gas Engineer Ideal Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years of experience as a Gas Engineer in installation, service, and repair

Minimum 1 year validity remaining on current gas certifications

Comprehensive knowledge of gas regulations

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing heating and hot water system faults

Plumbing experience

Possession of personal hand tools and basic power tools

Willingness to join the on-call rota (typically 1 in 7)

Enthusiastic about learning new technologies

Capable of working independently and within a team, including mentoring apprentices

Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills

Comfortable using job-related apps
