The Role

We are seeking a Supported Lettings Officer to assist in securing private rented accommodation for vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

Property Procurement - Securing properties within the private rented sector.
Lettings Management - Ensuring successful tenancy arrangements.
Financial Knowledge - Understanding Local Authority Housing Allowance & Universal Credit.
Expectation Management - Advising clients on affordability and suitable locations.
Office Presence - Minimum 3 days per week required in-office.

Desirable Experience

Experience working with ex-offenders or vulnerable groups.
Strong knowledge of housing support services.
