Contract Personnel are recruiting Warehouse Operatives based in the Norwich area. This is a temp to perm opportunity - after a successful 12 week probation period you will be offered a permanent contract with our client.
This role will also ential customer facing work and serving trade counter customers.
Duties will include:
Manage goods in, picking and packing of products, loading and offloading vehicles and working within service level criteria
Daily branch proposals and continuous stock taking and day-to-day administration
Provide a friendly and helpful response to customer queries
Provide accurate and regular order handling to help achieve minimum time delay between receipt of order and despatch of goods
Resolve customer queries/warranty/credits/complaints to the satisfaction of all parties
Any other duties as required
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday
07:30 - 17:00
