My client, a respected construction consultancy, is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team. You’ll work on a range of projects, including façade remediation, employer’s agent, and contract administration work, gaining hands-on experience that will push your career forward. With structured training, CPD support, and clear progression routes, this role is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to develop.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved with:

Acting as Employers Agent and Contract Administrator.
Working on façade remediation projects
Carrying out inspections, surveys, and reports
Managing projects and liaising with clients across the North West
Using IT and numerical skills, including AutoCAD The successful Building Surveyor will have: 

Experience across building surveying disciplines
Desire to achieve Chartership
A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of the Manchester/North West property market
Experience with façade remediation (preferred but not essential) Salary and benefits include: 

£35,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
